Brianna Schonhiutt, MS, APRN-CNP, PMHNP-BC is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and founder of Aligned Mind Psychiatry, LLC. She earned both her undergraduate and graduate degrees from The Ohio State University, where she developed a strong foundation in evidence-based, patient-centered psychiatric care. Brianna has experience in both general psychiatry and addiction medicine.
Brianna provides comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and supportive psychotherapy. Her approach blends clinical expertise with integrative, whole-person care, incorporating lifestyle, wellness, and holistic strategies when appropriate.
Brianna is committed to creating a calm, respectful, and nonjudgmental space where patients feel genuinely heard and supported. She works collaboratively with each individual, encouraging shared decision-making and active participation in every step of care. She values taking a trauma-informed approach and tailoring care to each patient's goals to promote lasting emotional balance and long-term well-being.
Brianna provides psychiatric care across the lifespan, specializing in adolescents and adults. Services are primarily delivered through secure telehealth, with in-person appointments available upon request on select days each month.
