Health Coaching and Nutritional Counseling Now Available See Dr. Kate & Judy
Individual therapy sessions are typically one-on-one meetings between the client and a trained professional. In these sessions, the client and therapist discuss and explore strengths and struggles while working toward a plan for healing, growth, and positive change.
Couple's therapy typically focuses on addressing issues within a relationship including, resolving issues and conflict, strengthening bonds, fostering the relationship, and preventing potential future issues. Couple's counseling is for partners who are dating, married, in a committed relationship, or considering separation or divorce.
Family therapy typically focuses on addressing any issue within the family that may be causing imbalance, conflict, or struggle. Additionally, family therapy can work to strengthen the relationships and dynamics among members of the family. A family can include any combination of parents, co-parents, children, siblings, chosen family, or extended family members.
Group therapy can range from a variety of specifics including content and topic, number of members, open or closed format, and degree of hands-on experience. Typically group therapy gathers a small group of people who are experiencing a similar need or interest. Please see our group page for current and upcoming group offerings.
Art workshops offer a variety of creative interventions and techniques in an informal group setting. Artists will teach, demonstrate, and assist participants in developing their own unique piece of art. Art therapy typically includes active art-making, the creative process, applied psychological theory, and the human experience within a therapeutic relationship. Art therapy can be used with individuals, couples, families, groups, and communities. Yoga is an ancient discipline beginning in India thousands of years ago. Yoga helps one bring mind, body and breath into alignment, helping to create presence, mindfulness, and a general sense of calm within the individual. This is achieved by practicing asana's (different yoga body positions or exercises), breathing techniques and meditation. Dr. Megan Seaman and Dr. Kate Jackson are both registered Yoga teachers, and have incorporated yoga practice into therapeutic principles. Yoga as therapy is offered one on one as requested.
EMDR stands for Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy and is a mental health treatment technique. This method involves moving your eyes a specific way while you process traumatic memories, this facilitates the release of trauma or other distressing life experiences
Reiki is an energetic healing modality in which a Reiki master uses gentle hand movements with the intention to guide the flow of healthy energy through the client's body to reduce stress, increase a sense of wellbeing, and promote energetic healing
Judy Jankowski is a Certified Reiki Master who can provide this service.
Health/ Wellness Coaching is the use of evidence-based compassionate conversation, clinical interventions and strategies to actively and safely engage clients in healthy behavior change in the form of exercise, nutrition, meditation, mindfulness, spirituality, and other holistic approaches. Wellness coaching is a process that encourages clients to develop their own inner wisdom, identify what is important to them, and transform their goals into action.

Hypnotherapy is a type of mind–body intervention in which hypnosis or deep relaxation is used to create a state of focused attention and increased inclination to accept suggestions, in the treatment of a specific issue or problem. Judy Jankowski is a certified hypnotherapist.
Play therapy typically focuses on creating a safe space for the child to use their natural medium of communication to explore and understand their thoughts, feelings, experiences, and behaviors, for optimal growth and development.
