Chelsea Martinez (pronouns: she/her) is a dedicated licensed professional counselor with over five years of experience, she is passionate about supporting individuals on their journey to emotional well-being and personal growth. Chelsea holds Bachelor's degrees in Fine Arts and Psychology from the University of Toledo and Master’s degrees in Counseling and Art Therapy from Ursuline College.

Chelsea's approach is client-centered and integrative, combining various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and trauma-informed techniques. She believes in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences.

Chelsea specializes in working with adults and college students, focusing on areas such as anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, body image issues, and relationship challenges. She enjoys helping clients build essential skills and enhance their self-esteem, empowering them to recognize their strengths and develop practical strategies for resilience. Additionally, she incorporates creative expressive methods into therapy to facilitate self-expression and insight, allowing clients to explore their emotions in new and meaningful ways.
