Julie Edwards, CT

Julie Edwards (she, her), is a Counseling in training and Art therapy in training intern at Beachwood Counseling Center under the clinical supervision of Melissa Hladek.

Julie earned her Bachelor's degree of Visual Art Education from Youngstown State University Julie is currently enrolled and working towards her master's degree of Counseling and Art Therapy from Ursuline College.

Her specialty areas include working with children, adolescents, and adults living with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, wellness and development. As a current art educator and artist I love integrating creativity, art therapy, mindfulness, and positive psychology into therapeutic sessions with clients.

Julie is currently taking new clients in person or Telehealth.
