Lindsey (she/her) is a trauma therapist who is passionate about providing a space to validate and empower people on their journeys. She offers the use of expressive arts, EMDR, and talk therapy.

Lindsey is an eclectic therapist who works from a person-centered, trauma-informed, and expressive therapies continuum theoretical perspectives.

Lindsey has experience living abroad and working in multicultural settings. She is passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion and strives to provide a non-judgmental and affirming atmosphere.
